The Restaurant is very popular with a loyal customer base although new customers discover the delights of this restaurant everyday. So the Restaurant Manager will be used to providing exceptional service whilst being busy and under pressure. As the Restaurant Manager you will run the floor whilst assisting the General Manager with back of house operations. You will need to have creative flair and get a real kick out of a busy service, whilst ensuring all floor staff are up to date with training and service standards. The ideal Restaurant Manager will come from a similar venue or a 5* Hotel in London, and be used to providing a 5* service to every customer. Essential skills required are management skills, the ability to motivate a team, back of house skills such as stock taking, rota writing and product ordering.
