30,000 - 35,000 + BONUS

If you have the experience of working in a large turnover Coffee, Fast Food, Food led pub this is the role for your to take it to the next level....

As a Restuarant Manager you will be entirely responsible for motivating and leading your team. We are looking for a positive approach and commitment to deliver only the very best in brand standards and ensuring both customer and staff expectations are met.

You will be expected to build a strong partnership with your Area Manager, to support and assist with decision making across the site ensuring budgets and targets are achieved.

Restaurant Manager - Large Turnover - Requirements:

- Worked in a service focused branded organisation and have an understanding of operational excellence. Previous experience of a fast moving, unpredictable operation with very high sales volumes is essential.
- Good attitude to represent the brand
- Candidates must be flexible to relocate for career development.
- Ability to develop teams and lead by example
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Experience in a quick service brand/branded restaurant business or an experienced Retail Manager
- P & L Responsibility
- Multi branded experience or worked with strong and credible brands.
- Coaching skills and have the capability to spot and nurture talent.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence managers to deliver.
- An understanding of the demands of working profitably in a branded environment and can demonstrate potential to manage multiple teams at the same time

Restaurant Manager - Large Turnover - The successful candidate will receive:

Worked with a wide range of people of differing ages and backgrounds and enjoys being part of a team.

- 5 years or more genuine unit leadership and management experience either within a multi-site or multi-unit hospitality or retail background.
- They will ideally be experienced in successful management of more than one unit.
- Thorough training and support
- Competitive basic salary plus excellent bonus structure
