This fine dining restaurant is located within a luxury 5* international hotel and part of an iconic London Landmark.
Due to a change in the management structure, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join the operation. You will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience gained within a high volume restaurant dining operation in London and have managed at least 25-30+ service staff and work closely with the Head Chef & Director of Food & Beverage to drive the business, increase footfall and maximise revenue. They also require someone with the skills and ability to motivate, train, develop and drive the service staff into delivering the very highest levels & standards in customer service and being able to recognise & anticipate customer needs.
You will be a key part of the F&B Management team and play an important role in maintaining the quality and standards of their restaurant.
They will pay 45000 with an appropriate bonus and employee benefits package for the appointed person.
