The 22 cover restaurant is part of a small family business where the other property is of a 3 rosette standard, with this new property aiming to achieve the same level and more. Therefore the ideal Restaurant Manager needs to come from an elite fine dining background and will be given an opportunity to join something contemporary and innovative. As the Restaurant Manager you are required:
. Set the standard in the Restaurant by leading from the front. . Lead the F&B team by attracting, training and appraising talented personnel. . Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer relations. . Delivering on high service standards . Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations
. Operate with an unwavering passion for customer service. . Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated. . Will of held a Restaurant Manager title in atleast a 2 AA Rosette standard establishment. . Strong knowledge of wine and pairings.
