The Role of Restaurant Supervisor
As a Supervisor, you will act as a Shift Supervisor and will take on a first level leadership role in the Shack operation. You will be responsible for driving the kitchen flow and the station execution during shifts. In order to equip you for success, you will participate in a 2-4 week training program where you will learn a variety of stations and will fast-track through the certification process.
Our client's kitchens are open planned; therefore, you must also have excellent customer service, great communication skills, along with the ability to multi-task.
Duties as Restaurant Supervisor include:
*Completing daily food safety and sanitation checklist
*Organizing and assisting with shift changes and breaks
*Learning all positions thoroughly in order to train others
*Driving and motivating the rest of your team
*Maintaining all kitchen, service and hospitality standards
* Setting targets & driving the team to achieve, following up with coaching in liaison with GM
* Leading by example
To be successful for the role of Restaurant Supervisor, you must have:
* The ability to multi-task
* A driven personality with the ability to lead a team
* Energetic personality, high level of willingness to interact with teams
* Hospitality experience of minimum 1 year
*Ability to main high kitchen standards
* Ability to help, support and drive excellence
* Must have flexible availability
To apply for a Restaurant Supervisor position, you'll need a minimum of 1 years' hospitality experience and the salary on offer is 9.00 to 9.50 per hour.
