We are looking for an exceptional Host to welcome customers and be a true ambassador for our brand. You will be the charismatic face of Fortnum & Mason when our customers arrive; we would expect our ideal candidate to confidently deliver excellent client-facing customer service providing assistance to all enquiries. We are looking for a warm and friendly individual who has experience in demonstrating a genuine passion in delivering a memorable shopping experience to all our customers.



Your responsibilities will include greeting customers in an enthusiastic and confident manner, offering a great customer experience from start to finish, provide store information and assisting with different departments during store events.



Excellent command of both written and spoken English as well as exceptional personal presentation is necessary. You must be able fully flexible to work varying shifts including weekends.
