My client, an exciting travel brand is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager with creativity and flare. They are a leader in package holidays and tailor made trips!
*Working closely with shop managers and the wider sales team to plan marketing activity effectively according to the retail marketing strategy.
*Execution of local and regional marketing campaigns and activity across offline and digital channels, which drives demand to the retail shops.
*Report success of local / regional marketing activities and make recommendations based on conclusions.
*Building strong working relationships with the regional sales manager and shop managers and meeting on a regular basis to review shop marketing plans and discuss requirements.
*Exploring new opportunities to market the retail shops locally and evaluating the commercial value of potential marketing activity.
*Ensuring the stores experience is consistently on brand and the retail window displays are up to date and driving demand.
*Organising local / regional consumer facing events and representing the company along with shop staff
*Responsible for engaging shop staff in retail marketing and running internal communications programmes to ensure positive communication between teams
*Input into the retail marketing strategy
*Supporting the wider marketing team in executing PR, external media advertising and direct mail activity as needed
*Previous experience of B2C marketing, preferably in a retail business
*Experience in executing and reporting on cross-channel marketing campaigns with a clear view on KPIs and what success looks like
*Experience in organising and managing events or experiential activity
*Confident briefing artwork to graphic designers, with a good eye for design.
*Excellent analytical skills and comfortable with working in a data-driven environment
*A passion for travel and preferably experience working in the travel industry
*Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across functions within and beyond marketing
*Excellent attention to detail and superb organisational skills
*Comfortable working on multiple projects at once and able to prioritise workload
*Able to deliver in a fast paced environment
*Experience with any mainstream
