You will be responsible for ensuring that the sales department exceeds targets and achieves an overall profit for the company. JOB DESCRIPTION: *Manage the department strategy to maximise revenue from a strong sales and customer service focus *Lead, develop and motivate the sales team *Consistently manage, deliver, monitor and improve KPI's within budget *Providing hands on support and effective leadership *Ensuring prompt and effective response to all leads and enquiries *Monitoring staff performance against KPI's and personal targets *Maximising conversion by promoting strong selling techniques *Consistently coaching and training new and existing sales staff
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: *Proven sales and people management skills within the travel industry *Strong Leadership skills *Hands on travel sales experience with CRS knowledge
