Set within 2000 acres of rolling parkland in beautiful South Wales working for an award winning, world renowned luxury four star resort.
As Revenue Director you will be responsible for implementing business development and sales activity plans and strategies. Your role is to ensure that the resort is the destination choice for the hotel, restaurants and the exciting variety of leisure activities including golf and spa.
Your excellent internal and external communication skills are essential to leading by example and building and motivating your team to convert every sale and opportunity and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Crucial to your success in this role is your ability to research, analyse and report back on financials, business, market and competitor trends and make recommendations to continually evolve the offering and stay ahead of the competition. This is an excellent opportunity to be a key contributor to business success.
Having worked within the hospitality industry you will have knowledge of using hospitality systems, for example Delphi, Opera, Concept and or Lotus.
