Sales and Commercial Manager Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving an energetic sales team who recruit, contract and retain owners of unique properties across Europe. The business is transitioning from a subscriptions/listing model towards a commission model which is a project that this individual and team will drive as the main point of contact for these customers. You will be responsible for managing margins and pricing, aligning commercial activity with the marketing function, seek ways to improve the delivery of sales and service to members.
