Our client is a successful and well known travel company based in South West London and they are seeking a Sales and Concierge Administrator to join their busy team.
-Coordinating a wide range of administrative responsibilities in the areas of Sales & Client Concierge (including confirmation documents, bespoke itineraries, invoicing checks and feedback processing).
-Assist with Clients' pre-travel queries in conjunction with the Client Concierge team.
-Assistance with maintaining and updating various stock inventories including flights, hotel rates, booking offers and contracting notes onto our bespoke inventory management and booking system.
-Conduct independent research on resorts, accommodation, activities to support the Concierge team.
-Assist with hotel communications including room summaries, invoice checking and refunds.
-Contribute to creating a positive and dynamic atmosphere within the team and within the company by displaying a professional and proactive attitude on all matters.
-Previous experience of administrative support requiring attention to detail essential.
-Good IT skills including all Microsoft products.
-Good communication skills.
-Good numerical skills.
-Previous Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential.
-Enthusiastic, approachable team player.
-Patience, accuracy and diplomacy.
-Attention to detail as a key strength.
-Efficient time management.
-A professional, methodical approach.

My client is offering a competitive salary package from £20,000 to £25,000 dependent on experience.
