Sales and Support Manager - 6 Month Temporary Contract - Expense Management Technology - London/Canary Wharf. Sales and Support Manager Responsibilities
The role will form part of a dynamic, fast-pace and cross functional team who design, build and manage operational processes that deliver the company vision, meet growth and service targets, response and resolution times as well as SLA and CSAT commitments. There will be a core focus on pre-sales, customer onboarding and level 1 and 2 customer support to ensure high levels of user support satisfaction through ownership of the problem and incident management lifecyle.

The role is initally being offered on a 6 month temporary contract with a pay rate in the region of £200-250 per day (depending on experience), on a 40 hour working week, based in Canary Wharf.
