Sales Co-ordinator required to join rapidly expanding travel Company’s support team.
The Sales co- ordinator will have excellent administration skills and be able to handle all of the admin within our clients business including - pitches, contracts, invoicing, statements, mailings, shows and programmes.
Our client will also be asking the sales coordinate to take a proactive hand in gaining indirect sales by supporting outgoing sales calls, exhibiting and meeting sales partners.
This interesting and varied role will include co-ordinating all Group and Trade contacts in a central database from first approach to delivering the programme and liaising with the Reservation, Product and Yield Management teams to ensure that bookings are made and all queries put forward.
There'll be regular mailings of new sales prospects, familiarization trips and trade shows which you will be required to attend when appropriate as well as get involved with the occasional outgoing sales campaigns. Our client is looking for someone bursting with initiative who wants to contribute proactively, but who also finds immense satisfaction with setting up and managing efficient administration systems.
A great Monday to Friday role role for an all rounder.
