Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team of 8-10 sales staff with drive and energy. Ensuring maximum conversion from all enquiries.
Performance management, One-to-One's, Ongoing training, development and support, recruitment.
Stay abreast of bookings throughout the team making suggestions where possible.
Monitor staff sales performance and report in to senior management at monthly management meetings
Be a key figure in the team and lead by example.
Sales Manager Skills and experience:
Evidence of successfully leading a sales team in the UK travel industry
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience in handling complaints and all other customer service issues
Confident with IT systems
Sales Manager Additional Information:
Salary 35K-40K dependent on experience plus bonus
