The successful Sales Manager will have prior experience of sales and team management within a sales environment, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and be numerate and commercial with the ability to manage a revenue stream as a business trading unit. The successful Sales Manager will be an effective team player who is able to work successfully with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, be a pragmatist who is able to utilize existing resources to good effect and be highly accurate with an excellent attention to detail with the ability to make decisions understanding financial implications and willing to take calculated risks.
