Sales Manager - Be At One, Central London 27,000 - 30,000 pa. About us.... Be At One is in a class of its own and we are looking for the best people to join us. We are a growing, independent brand of cocktail bars that are genuinely friendly and prides itself on great drinks, great service and a real party spirit every night of the week! Ours sales team currently make up for 20% of the weekly sales and are a huge support within the business. Our vision is to continuously increase the volume of bookings within the bars as well as deliver the best pre booked service ensuring the guest journey is flawless from start to finish. About you.. We are looking for a creative and proactive Sales Manager for one our high volume Central London bars. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll be solely responsible for driving pre booked sales in your allocated bars. You'll ensure all booking requests are met and delivered in the Be At One way, whilst working closely with your Booking Coordinator to ensure every booking runs smoothly. You'll responsible for building a corporate portfolio and creating a key guest database. Experience in a similar Sales position for guest focused business is essential. You must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. You will be calm under pressure and maintain a professional presence at all times. A friendly, bubbly and outgoing personality is essential for everyone working at Be At One. You must be great with people and a good sense of humour helps. Duties will include; - Driving pre booked sales across your allocated bars - Upselling packages and pre orders to existing bookings - Identifying key corporate contacts within the area and building your bars corporate portfolio - Building in-house guest relationships, hosting on key trading evenings - To compile weekly reports and submit to the General Manager and Head of Sales - Working on in-house events to drive mid-weekly pre booked sales - Championing all proactive activity for the estates pre-booked - Managing all Booking Coordinators/Hosts, conducting weekly one 2 one's and setting clear KPI's - Over-seeing all Bookings Coordinators reactive bookings - Setting Bookings Coordinator projects to develop the progression within Be At One. - To ensure all our booked guests on the evening are given the Be At One experience from start to finish - ensuring your Hosts are delivering this in a polite and friendly manner - Championing data capture duties in house. - Dealing with any issues or complaints What next....
