Travel - Sales Manager – Russian speaking – Travel Operator – central London – Up to £40k


Do you have a passion for travel? A leading International Travel Operator are looking for a Russian speaking Sales Manager to join their enthusiastic, vibrant and multicultural travel team. As Russian speaking Sales Manager you will be driving sales in your designated region, selling a range of travel distribution platforms to a number of different channels on a B2B basis, with the aim of achieving our travel clients strategic and commercial goals.  The Russian speaking Sales Manager will be someone with previous experience in a similar role in the travel and or hospitality industry wishing to advance their knowledge and skill set will thrive in this role!


As a Sales Manager (Russian speaking), what will you be doing?

  • Actively manage a broad range of key travel client accounts and to maximise revenue and profitability.
    • Attend and represent our travel client at Trade Shows
    • Conducting business trips to visit clients in the designated territory on a regular basis
  • Develop and implement a plan for achieving sales, profits and minimum margin targets
  • Evaluate existing clients and new businesses to identify growth opportunities to drive revenue and profit streams
  • Build a database of prospective travel clients in the assigned markets
  • Maintain and update relevant records using the company CRM system


What do they expect from you?

  • University level education or similar
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Russian
  • Good level of excel skills
  • Ideally experience of Salesforce and XML
  • Proven track record of success in an international and fast-moving sales environment
  • Approximately 5-10 years of progressively broadening assignments in sales development
  • Experience of working with large clients
