The role of Sales Support Coordinator is to provide excellent service and support worldwide with regard to all travel related matters.


Sales Support Co-ordinator Job Description: 


• Dealing with a wide range of issues and meeting their service expectations
• Offering a proactive solution for the Travel Partner to enable them to offer the best solution for the travel passenger
• Escalating recurring issues, whilst also suggesting proposals for changing current processes
• Provide ticketing for Travel Partners
• Quality control tickets issuance and ticketing matching processes
• Ensure timely data hand-off to Finance Team
• BSP Reconciliation
• Support of Sales Team as and when required
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested

Sales Support Co -Coordinator Experience:
• 
A minimum 1 years’ experience in issuing tickets within the travel industry and IATA experience
• Advanced  GDS knowledge essential
• Ability to read and understand airline tickets and fare related terms and conditions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be able to analyse issues and offer clear, uncomplicated explanations to queries
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Commercial acumen is a benefit to this role
• Computer literate (including knowledge of Excel, internet, email and Word)
• Use own initiative
• Constructively work in a team environment with a positive attitude
