Sales Team Leader
As one of the industries leaders in Gap Year Travel, We're growing our operations and are looking for a Sales Team Leader/Manager to lead & grow a team of phone-based sales agents in our Central London offices. You will initially manage this already established team of 3 and then grow to a team size of 6 - 8 sales consultants who will take warm enquiries and sell our gap year travel experiences to eligible customers in the UK and mainland Europe. All enquiries are warm and expecting our contact, there's absolutely no cold-calling.
We receive hundreds of enquiries weekly from people looking to start their next overseas adventure and your professional team of agents will lead the competition in its sales achievements, customer service, product knowledge & performance.
The successful candidate must have the following qualities:
- Passionate about travel with real first-hand past travel overseas.
- Honest, reliable & dedicated to the success of your team & company
- Excellent in spoken & written English skills (incl. spelling & grammar)
- Naturally able to lead by example
- Quick and comfortable with learning new technology and computer applications
- Very high attention to detail
- Coachable and adaptable
- Strong problem solving skills
- Permanently living in Greater London

Our client is offering a very competitive salary of £26,000 with an OTE of Between £30,000 - £35,000
