Are you an Account Manager with solid relationship management skills, with experience of automotive clientele? Do you want to work for a leading provider of event management, marketing and audience engagement? We are seeking an Account Manager to be responsible for the relationship between key automotive clients, and this leading company, based in Milton Keynes, who handle the promotion of these clients. A highly competitive salary in the region of £55k - £60k pa is available for the successful Client Services Manager, along with extensive benefits and long term career prospects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Autonomous responsibility of specific client relationships with day to day accountability for client service delivery and growth
*Identify and develop new business opportunities wherever possible
*Attend client meetings and reviews on a regular basis in line with client requirements and/or the client account plan
*Update and review client specific SLA's, contracts and process requirements
*Manage all client RFP's, proposals & pitches ensuring input from all relevant integrated service areas ensuring submission within timeframes specified
*Lead and attend (or support of client board Director owner) all client pitches as and when required
*Ensure all confirmed projects are handed over to the project management team in a timely manner
*Provide consistent leadership, motivation and direction in a collaborative manner to all project team members as required
*Engage in project management duties for high profile events
*Review and agree supplier contracts and addendums in conjunction with the project management and sourcing teams as required
*Upsell opportunities are considered, highlighted and suggested where appropriate
*Regularly review finance Job Logs and status of events and update accordingly
*Provide budget forecasts for each account to the project finance team as required

THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate will receive an above average salary in the region of £55-60k depending on experience plus some amazing benefits which include - 25 days holiday, Annual Profit Related Bonus (not guaranteed), Health Insurance, Commission for all New Client Business introduced & Flexible Working.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You will have solid previous experience of Account Management, for the automotive industry, along with experience of working on projects and with project management teams. You will ideally have held this positions for an event management, marketing, or advertising company so will be familiar with managing the relationship between your clients and a company that deals with promoting those clients.
