Breakdown of role:
To be able to identify which existing or new clients have the potential for a touring product development for the specific market.
To be able to create a touring program based on the client request and the specific group needs.
To be able to identify the most suitable products to be included in the touring program, in order to create the most effective and competitive offer.
To ensure that your offer reflects what the client wants without compromising on quality of services and price of the offer.
To ensure that all offers are correctly followed up, following the instructions received during the training: first immediately and then within one week after sending the offer, and as per option expiry date given.
To maintain good relationships with all clients and ensure that any promises/deadlines that are made to them are kept.
To build relationships with suppliers and ensure that your product knowledge is kept up to date at all times.
To keep abreast of who our competitors are, who they work with (both clients and suppliers) and what they are offering.
