Senior Customer Relations Executive – Up to £28k – Central London

Our Travel client is looking for a Senior Customer Relations Executive to join its award winning luxury travel team to help provide a customer service that our travel client has become renowned for.  As Senior Customer Relations Executive you will be providing a superior service for this 5* travel experience, ensuring that their 11 million customers keep on coming back to induldge in their market leading travel product

As Senior Customer Relations Executive you will be:

  • Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquires about travel, accounts, and services (both verbally and/or in writing).
  • Handling customer complaints or any crises, such as lost property, account errors, damaged or lost luggage, illness, death and many more such travel related incidents
  • Coordinating customers’ service requirements with other appropriate travel departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service.
  • Issuing refunds or compensation incl. written response letters to customers
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Producing all defences for arbitrations and conciliations
  • Being the go between for any small claims and being the mediator between parties
  • Producing written information for all court cases.
  • Supporting the Legal department and solicitors through all court cases. 
  • Developing customer service policies and standards

The successful Senior Customer Relations Executive will have strong experience in a post-travel customer service position within the travel industry.  As Senior Customer Relations Executive you will be able to remain calm under pressure and maintain records in timely and accurate mode with excellent decision-making, communication, and IT skills.  The Senior Customer Relations Executive  will enjoy helping and working with customers and be able to demonstrate sound practical judgment of priorities combined with excellent knowledge of ABTA’s (Travel Trade body) code of conduct.  It goes with out saying that excellent spoken and verbal communication skills are needed.  For the successful Senior Customer Relations Executive it presents the opportunity to further your career with a blue chip travel company and take on more responsibility in a key department for our travel client
