Senior Customer Service Executive – South West London – £22 - £25k + bonus

As Senior Customer Service Executive you will:

  • Respond to pre and post travel enquires & correspondence from guests through multiple channels
  • Provide support to the team-leader and customer services manager with junior members of the team
  • Deputise for the team-leader in their absence and when appropriate
  • Ensure the customer service teams achieve the required high standards
  • Organising and coordinating work loads
  • Deal with escalated enquiries and feedback
  • Investigate and resolve all complaints to achieve the best possible outcome
  • Provide information which is 100% accurate and which addresses 100% of the customers questions during each contact
  • Identify potential problems relating to customer service and proactively work to find solutions to enhance experience

 As Senior Customer Service Executive you will have:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Ideally some team leading experience
  • Strong customer service and people skills with a desire to exceed expectations
  • Experience of dealing with and resolving complaints
  •  Excellent communications skills, written and interpersonal
  • Good organisational, planning and prioritising skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and empathise with a customer
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
