Senior Customer Services Executive sought by a market-leading luxury travel provider with a reputation for excellence.  As Senior Customer Services Executive you will be playing a key role for a company who prides themselves on their level of service helping to lead a team to a pinnacle in travel customer service.

As Senior Customer Services Executive you will be:

  • Responding to all pre and post travel enquiries and correspondence from Customers, either by telephone, email or letter
  • Assisting with organising and coordinating team daily work as directed by the Team Leader
  • Supervising the Pre or Post-Cruise Customer Services team to ensure the required level of service and communication is achieved by telephone, letter and email at all times
  • Mentoring new team members when necessary
  • Answering customer calls and actioning them according to company standards
  • Dealing with escalated Customer enquiries or complaints from other departments and members of the Customer Services team
  • Investigating and resolving all complaints in accordance with company processes and industry guidelines, in a timely and fair manner, to achieve the best possible outcome for both Customer and business
  • Monitoring the implementation of company policies and procedures for dealing with clients who have special requirements 

The ideal Senior Customer Services Executive will have previous experience of working in a Customer services environment and responding to Customers by letter, preferably within the travel industry.  You will have experience of dealing with and resolving complaints and managing and exceeding Customer expectations.  You will have exceptional Customer services and administration skills alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  The successful Senior Customer Services Executive will also have good organisational, planning and prioritising skills and the ability to build rapport quickly and empathise with a Customer
