Senior Direct Marketing Executive is needed by a leading luxury tour operator, with offices all over the world, offering excellent career progression and opportunity for ambitious individuals.  As Senior Marketing Executive you will be playing a key role in the marketing department of this busy luxury travel tour operator supervising and coaching junior team members in the delivery of high quality direct mail campaigns.
 
As Senior Direct Marketing Executive you will also be:
  • Working as part of the marketing team to develop and produce B2C direct marketing campaigns.
  • Creating and executing innovative and effective advertising across offline channels.
  • Managing and executing all aspects of a high frequency, high volume direct marketing plan.
  • Developing highly design-led marketing materials in consultation with other members of the team.
  • Working with external suppliers and consultants on direct marketing campaigns and other services.
  • Supporting PR and media liaison opportunities.
  • Use analytics to evaluate success, reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Maintaining a clear understanding of customer needs and the competitive environment to devise appropriate propositions.
  • Fulfilment- paper sourcing, budget management
  • Helping to create cross-channel integrated marketing campaigns
  • Building relationships with other departments
 
As Senior Direct Marketing Executive you will have excellent experience of succeeding in a direct marketing environment where you will have experience of working with and briefing design agencies and working with print management companies, strong proof reading and editing skills and be able to manage results-driven direct marketing campaigns, from planning to implementation being able to display an understanding of acquisition and retention of customers across a variety of media platforms whilst effectively managing budget.
