Senior Flights Co-Coordinator  - Upto £25k plus benefits, Berkshire

Working for a renowned luxury tour operator offering bespoke holidays around the world your will be part of a well established team and be responsible for the efficient and cost effective air reservation booking processes

Key Specific Duties:

  • Oversee the day to day reservations of flight bookings and additional services
  • Monitor PNR’s created by travel consultants, ensuring that the lowest appropriate fare is being used
  • Train staff members in the use of flights IT systems and flights contracts as required
  • Utilise extensive knowledge of airlines, fares and holding key contacts with airlines to help in resolving complicated issues as appropriatees
  • Seek to minimize ADMs, check BSP for any ADMs/ACMs or any other notices and log and dispute where needed
  • Run flight reports in the event of a crisis which may affect client
  • Occasionally attend overseas familiarisation presentations

You will have a good general level of education with at least 5 GSCES grade C of above, a travel qualification of Degree is desirable along with a sound knowledge of airfares and ticketing, previous experience of GDS systems and experience of
working in an office environment

Being flexible in your approach and able to travel and work unsociable hours on occasions this role is an excellent opportunity
