Senior Marketing Executive

Our client is a tour operator specialising in tours and holidays to Latin America and the Polar Region.

Currently seeking an ambitious marketing executive with digital experience to join their growing team.

You will be responsible in managing a number of product and tourist board campaigns and will have a good knowledge of partnership marketing, PPC, SEO and Programmatic Display advertising.

You will come from a tour operator background and have experience in CRM marketing.

They are looking for someone who is analytically minded, full of bright ideas and have a good commercial awareness.

It’s a full-on role and you will play a huge part in the development and future growth of the company. Therefore, you must demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Implement the marketing campaigns to help promote company awareness and lead generation

·         Oversea all marketing material for campaigns and brochures

·         Maintain brand and corporate identity in all activities

·         Work closely alongside the Marketing Manager to help assist the implementation of the new CRM system and then continue to develop it

·         Work alongside the companies digital marketing partners to ensure successful delivery of PPC, SEO and social media

·         Track website performance and make improvements where needed

·         Set digital objectives within budget to help achieve sales growth

Your Experience:

·         Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role within the travel industry

·         Creative

·         Have a wealth of ideas to help the company grow and stand out against their competitors

·         Outgoing and confident in presenting to a wide range of suppliers, press, trade and clients

·         Analytically and commercially minded

·         Proven track record in improving the digital capability of an organisation

·         Eye for branding and design

·         Proactive and ability to problem solve

·         A good geographical knowledge of Latin America and the Polar Region, would be an advantage

·         A passion for the travel industry

·         Flexible and adaptable
