Senior Sales and Events Coordinator job, Hospitality company in Poole. 23k-25k including OTE (basic 15k)

These experienced caterers are present in many of the top prestigious venues in the local area, proving innovative and bespoke menus. The customer needs are the keystone of the business, priding itself on outstanding delivery of service and prestigious reputation. Due to business growth the company requires a Senior member of the team.

Your new role
As a Senior Sales and Events Coordinator you will be part of the sales team pro actively selling the companies venues, catering and wedding fairs. It will be your duty to work in an organised fashion, making sure that payments are monitored and quotations are provided accurately. Providing excellent customer care when answering telephone and email enquiries for any of the company's assets. You will liaise with clients regarding events and catering ensuring they receive the best possible service. You will have the natural ability to build client relationships and encourage repeat bookings. About 80% of the events are weddings therefore you will spend allot of your time liaising and communicating with brides. You will be expected to work every 1 in 3 Saturdays and the occasional Sunday for wedding fairs.

What you'll need to succeed
With experience in Events within hospitality and weddings you will be able to confidently communicate and sell in a professional manner to clients with an engaging and positive attitude, with the motivation and desire to succeed. With a friendly attitude it is essential that you are able to build rapport and confidence with clients and generate repeat business. This industry requires outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail at all times. Experience with CRM and booking systems is desirable. Somebody with a education to degree level would be highly desirable.

What you'll get in return
