Job Description
A leading supplier of sales & marketing services to the global travel industry is seeking a proactive Senior Sales Manager, based in our central London offices. The role’s main objective will be to increase revenue production in the EMEA markets with a focus on the UK and European regions for a provider of expedition based cruises.

Desired Skills and Experience
• A minimum of 5 years UK & EMEA cruise trade sales experience, preferably in the expedition / soft adventure AND/OR LUXURY travel niche
• Must be highly customer orientated with creative presentation skills
• A current, working knowledge of the UK and the EMEA cruise travel sales markets
• Ability to create & maintain relationships with local tourist boards & embassies
• Ability to engage with strategic partners and develop joint marketing and sales programs
• Support travel agencies and consumer marketing initiatives
• Accurately able to manage costs without compromising the business
• Experience of building, implementing and following a sales & marketing plan
• Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and throughout the EMEA region
• Maintain client relations and develop strong relationships with key accounts
• Achieve revenue and sales goals which align with the organization’s strategies
• Lead remote sales teams to meet their targets
• Maintain monthly reporting on sales and marketing activities across the region
• Experience of managing and directing sales in both b2b and b2c environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, task manager systems and sales automation software

• Excellence in multi-tasking and time management
• Proven track record delivering strong sales performances
• Previous management experience is essential - in particular, sales team direction
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, market trends and economic factors
