A Ski Travel Tour Operator are looking for Senior Ski Travel Sales Consultant to join their multiple award winning company, with a reputation of being the number one ski travel company in Europe.  As Senior Ski Travel Sales Consultant you will act as a senior member of the sales team to ensure the delivering of high levels of service to priority clients, and be a key player in a fun, dynamic and progressive team.

As Senior Ski Travel Sales Consultant you will:

  • Respond to sales enquiries and reservations with accuracy and speed in line with personal and departmental targets for all parts of the programme with the aim of maximising sales in line with business targets ensuring quick responses to telephone calls, high standards of customer care and accurate data entry
  • Be the first point of contact and support for up to 3 temporary sales consultants throughout the winter season, ensuring targets are delivered by the team
  • Ensure high standards of customer care and accuracy when dealing with clients
  • Maximise income from sales calls in line with agreed targets
  • Make proactive sales calls to priority clients from our database with the objective of re-booking the client and booking enhancements and ski packs
  • Act as a senior member of the team supervising the sales team on late and weekend shifts, monitoring attendance and motivating the team
  • Assist the Sales Team Leaders in recruitment and training of the temporary sales team
  • Oversee the day to day duties of temporary sales consultants and delivering targets
  • Responsible for responding to clients using the online sales dialogue feature through the website in line with company standards and agreed timescales
  • Produce and update whiteboards with daily sales figures and competitions
  • Produce pre-departure call lists and ensuring clients are contacted before they travel 

The Successful Ski Travel Sales Consultant will be a passionate and driven sales person with 1+ years’ experience looking to build a career within the ski industry. You will be looking to gain leadership experience by being the first point of contact for our temporary sales team. You will have a strong product knowledge and desire to progress your career and contribute to the development of the team. As Ski Travel Sales Consultant you will have a fantastic telephone manner, be sales motivated and target focused without compromising on high levels of customer service, and of course have a passion for skiing and snowboarding.
