Senior Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for the end to end delivery of all national trade marketing campaigns. Working closely with Head Office, the trade marketing executive will work to enable all assets required for effectively delivery of all campaigns to market via trade partners, and involvement in any appropriate trade marketing campaigns driven by trade partners.
The Job:
*In conjunction with the Head of Marketing, responsibility for development of trade marketing plans to contribute toward revenue and pax goals
*Own the day to day relationship with all marketing and commercial contacts at each preferred retail partner
*Execute agreed trade campaigns including development of artwork in conjunction with the in-house designer, checking copy details, communicating with sales and reservations, sales and database campaign set up
*In conjunction with National Sales Manager, have oversight of the Trade Marketing Budget checking that all campaign activity is within the budget and controlling costs to maximise the budget.
*In conjunction with Sales Mangers, proactively pitch new business opportunities to trade accounts. Design and develop clear plan and monitor ROI.
*Source new business through charters/groups and other third parties
*Manage third party supplies including planning, commercials, product development and ROI management
*Manage trade social media strategy and engagement campaigns
*Monitor, measure and report on the success or otherwise of all national and local trade marketing activity
*Work collaboratively with the in-house designer to manage the regionalisation of global assets to reflect local market conditions
*Development of all marketing assets for use by agency partners and the sales team for successful promotion of our product range includes obtaining printing quotes, making decision on best options for layout and printing, checking copy and responsibility for all aspects of delivery
*Full management of content and analytics of Agent Portal
*Host agent workshops and marketing webinars to educate agents on best practices
*Develop new B2B events and manage all brand aspects and onsite activations

Experience Required:
*Proven multi-channel marketing experience
*Relevant travel marketing industry experience (essential)
*Experience working with a luxury travel brand (desirable )
*An understanding of travel distribution in the UK desirable
*Strong skills in MS Word & PowerPoint; advanced Excel
*Experience using SalesForce as a marketing tool
*Experience with Google Analytics and social media tracking tools (desirable)
*Experience working with HTML and building or call Helen on
