Senior Travel Sales Executive, London, Salary 30k plus bonusThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales executive, preferably with a background in the travel sector to to join this international media group. As Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible for maintaining key accounts and driving new business in the form of exhibition sales. This position would suit a confident self-starter that has an excellent track record in achieving sales targets, has great account management skills and is looking to develop their career within one of the fastest growing events businesses in the UK. Knowledge of the cruise industry and exhibitions is preferable but not essential. They are offering a salary to 30k plus bonus and benefits for this Central London Position.Senior Travel Sales Executive Responsibilities:To identify and develop new and existing businessManage accounts from sale through to completionTo ensure all exhibition space and other targets are metEnsure all bookings are accurately entered and invoiced Maintain accurate sales records on the CRMEnsure the progress of a strategic sales plan in conjunction Manage relationships with existing clientsEnsure delivery of contractual obligations both pre-event and on-site at the eventOrganised and able to manage workload and prioritise accordinglyStays abreast of trends in your sector Senior Travel Sales Executive Responsibilities:Inquisitive, persuasive and able to build strong relationships Strong background in salesTravel Industry experience beneficialExcellent telephone manner, Professional and punctualAbility to work independently as well as in a teamExcellent business development experience, taking care of your long standing clients, as well as exceeding your targetsSuccessfully completes significant negotiations, both internal and external.Identifies similarities and differences in position and assesses impact on discussions.Ensures negotiators have awareness of complementary yet diverse interests.Explains the development of industry segments - trends, consequences, key issues.Communicates well downward, upward, and outward.Employs appropriate methods of persuasion when soliciting agreement.Maintains focus on the topic at hand.Adapts documents and presentations for the intended audience.To be considered please send your CV to or call Nick at C&M on Don't keep a good thing to yourselfWe grow our business through referrals, so please don't keep us to yourself.
