Calling all SEO & PPC Marketing professionals looking for their next role in management…

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEO/PPC specialist to join a leading London provider of temporary serviced accommodation. Working closely with the Commercial Director and as a member of the digital marketing team you will be directly responsible for developing and executing PPC/SEO strategies including the production and distribution of necessary SEO friendly web content/assets. This is a hands on role requiring a self-motivated and creative individual driven by results to build demand and direct lead generation.

*Plan, implement and optimise the day to day 'data driven' PPC/SEO strategies to drive engagement and online performance
*Evaluate and present new opportunities across existing/emerging digital platforms for paid, content and collaborative campaigns
*Research, initiate and manage paid search and display retargeting to drive lead generation, chat and enquiries
*Improve SERP through ongoing SEO, content out-reach programs and other proven initiatives
*Work in collaboration with the Brand Manager and Digital (Social Media/CRM) to build 'on brand/on message' search driven campaigns/content
*Strong analytical skills utilising a range of online tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords to and other analytics software
*Utilise a range of online tools to identify and implement ideas, monitoring results and suggesting improvements
*Ongoing content research, creation and distribution across platforms to build engagement, credibility and trust
*Carry out keyword and content research to support ongoing optimisation of search campaigns
*Track and report on search visibility, paid search and retargeting display campaign performance
*Track and report on conversion; quality of enquiry, relevance to business/portfolio needs, end user profile
*Constant monitoring of Google updates/algorithm changes and timely adaption of SEO strategy for compliance
*Stay up to speed with industry developments, digital trends and introduce new practices
*Manage PPC and SEO spend

You will be expected to manage the day to day activities of the paid search, organic search and display campaign activities, continuously optimising and adapting to stay aligned to broader business objectives therefore;
*Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience implementing SEO and PPC campaigns preferably with a travel/hospitality background
*Confident communicator and not afraid to challenge/present new initiatives and ideas
*Team player, able to work as part of a collaborative team
*Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify trends
*On-site in-house technical SEO knowledge, site architecture, landing pages, speed optimisation
*Ability to effectively brief and manage external agents/3rd parties
*Must be ROI and conversion driven!

A competitive salary circa £35,000 + bonus
