Shift Manager - Marylebone

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time shift manager to join the management team at FishWorks Marylebone. The role is very important to us as shift managers are part of our succession planning as future restaurant managers.

At FishWorks we concentrate on what we do best - sourcing, preparing and serving the freshest and best seafood in town. We believe the secret to perfect seafood is cooking it simply and seasonally.

We love to share our true passion for fish with our customers. Shift Managers are fully responsible for training new waiting staff and ensuring they are trained to the highest standards in all areas.

As Shift Manager you will use your great organisational and leadership skills to run and co-ordinate shifts ensuring your team deliver an exceptional experience and fantastic food to all of our customers.

You must be:


Experienced in leading a Team
Flexible and hard working
Proficient in Cash management



Confident & Personable
Extremely well presented
A great communicator
Energetic & enthusiastic
Able to provide references to back up your work record
