We have a unique opportunity within our sales team for a well-established sales consultant to combine their passion for selling luxury holidays/experiences in our Chalet/Ski sales teams. Whilst also working closely with the Product team managing content and assisting with the development of strategy for agents.
An exciting and varied role which will also include the development of our Corporate business for our Chalets and provided training for our Chalet team on the agent process and support. A varied role including sales, training, business development and much more. Identify and develop business/relationships with new agents
Manage relationships with existing agents
Send out weekly updates, pricing info to all agents
Work with Ski Product Team to manage content on One drive portal to ensure up to date and accurate
Train the Chalet team on agent enquiry process and support
Monthly reporting on agent enquiries and bookings
Work with IT to ensure systems in place for processing agent bookings
Develop strategy for agents with Ski Product Manager
Manage and ensure contracts in place for all agents
Conduct regular training sessions, visit key accounts in person – webinars
Set up and maintain database for agents
Be main contact for corporate chalet bookings
Develop corporate chalet business
Responsibility for managing Six Senses inventory/reservations system
Experience within Ski Sales/Experience in understanding how the luxury travel Chalet Programmes work
Confident in working with minimal day to day supervision
Good communications skills and relationship building skills
Fluency in any European Languages are an advantage
Due to the location of our Ski and Chalet sales teams this role could be either based in London or Chichester.
