Ski Sales Consultant

Our client, the largest independent ski tour operator, are looking for a Ski Sales Consultant.

 The Ideal Candidate:

• Enthusiastic and passionate about creating bespoke ski experiences for their customers
• A passion for skiing or snowboarding 
• Target driven
• Motivated and organised  

Desirable:

• Previous sales experience
• Previous customer service experience

Responsibilities:

• Maximise sales, ensuring quick responses to all enquiries
• Ensuring that all leads are followed up on a daily basis
• Ensure emails, cancellations and amendments are processed within a timely manor
• Maintain high levels of product knowledge for all programmes, including the chalets, self-catering and hotel accommodation
• Support the Operations team
• Ensure targets are met via incoming calls, emails and live chat
