Ski / Snow Boarding Operations Administration Executive 

Great new role has become available in lovely travel companies travel operations aftersales administration team.

In this role you will support the daily operations, ensuring all aftersales and customer service in maintained to a high standard

Operations / Administration  Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Invoice checking against the booking (ensuring the spelling of clients' names, departure dates and where applicable; resorts, board basis and number of nights are all correct).
  • Tour Operator invoice processing (attached into the correct bookings and/or entered into Booking Management system and Accounts).
  • Ticket checking against the booking (ensuring the spelling of clients' names, departure dates and where applicable; resorts, board basis and number of nights are all correct).
  • Ticket filing into the correct booking.
  • Check bookings in Tour Operators' and/or Airline booking systems.

Operations / Travel Administration Experience Required:

  • Previous operations or administration experience within the travel industry (Ski travel is a bonus but not essential).
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, prioritise and co-ordinate tasks.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service ability.
