At Aqua Sana Spa you'll also find an extensive range of treatments available - for face and body - carried out by expert therapists using products from the finest treatment houses including Elemis, Declor and Mii. ABOUT THE BENEFITS Annual profit share/management bonus Staff Reward Scheme Free use of leisure facilities Discounted Center Parcs breaks 20% discount in restaurant and retail outlets ABOUT THE ROLE As a Receptionist, you will provide a professional, prompt and friendly service to all guests as they arrive to the Aqua Sana Reception, in line with Company and Industry standards. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for all guests and in conjunction with the Senior Therapists, you will ensure that bookings and queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally. Excellent communication skills will be required, along with a natural flair to promote booking opportunities, ensuring profitability is maximised for the spa whilst maintaining the highest level of service for our guests. HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 64 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week. Your shifts will be allocated between the hours of 7:30am and 10pm and you will be required to work some weekends and public/bank holidays. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: Excellent communication skills Confidence in dealing with guest enquiries Desirable requirements: Previous experience of working as a Receptionist within a customer service environment Beauty/Spa knowledge Closing date: 4 October 2016
