The main purpose of the role is to service clients in a telephone based role, providing excellent customer service and dealing with any queries in a top class manner. If you are interested in this role and have worked in a customer service orientated role before while being highly computer literate we would love to hear from you. You must also demonstrate clear, concise and confident communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate using written and verbal English language. As well as converse in Spanish therefore Language skills are essential from a team perspective.
