Specialist Travel Consultant – Australia/New Zealand - London - £18k + excellent commission
This well-established travel organisation are looking for a specialist travel consultant to be part of a profitable Sales Team, selling longhaul holidays to Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific via travel agents to the client.
You have the skills, support, systems & motivation to be an expert in your field and deliver a superior customer service.
You will be individually motivated to meet and/or exceed sales targets and grow sales year on year whilst consistently improving the customer experience.
Ensure you are providing an incredible consistent customer experience and you operate with the customer’s best interests in mind
Ability to juggle several responsibilities competently.
Focus on monthly KPI tar gets and drive towards them.
Engage with our retail consultants to increase sales.
Ability to build relationships and go out of your way to exceed expectations
Ability to solve problems and complaint situations quickly and efficiently
Be able to communicate with team members and work together in close proximity
Minimum 6 months experience in a consultant role, specialising in Australia/New Zealand
Ability to work independently and with your team in store.
Able to use initiative and self-motivation to reach targets and exceed expectations.
Ability to think ‘outside the box’ and to control situations that may arise.
Be able to process lots of information accurately and ensure invoicing is correct.
Be able to think about why things change and look upon changes positively.
Able to use initiative and self–motivation to reach targets and exceed expectations.
Be able to build relationships with Retail, Support staff and suppliers and be professional at all times.
Must be a Australia/New Zealand/South Pacific specialist, having sold to the destination as well as personally travelled extensively to the region
