As a Supervisor you will be entirely responsible for your small team of Customer Service Assistants organising day to day operations, planning breaks , shift patterns, merchandising and stock levels as well as cashing up at the end of the day.
Being a champion of customer service you will ensure you lead by example and help us build on our reputation at shop floor level.
In order to be considered for this post you will ideally have experience in the following areas:
