Support Engineer / Azure Cloud Admin - Cheshireper day Leading insurance company seeking an experienced Support Engineer to provide provision on Network software and hardware problems. Based in Cheshire you will play a key role in providing some 1st/ 2nd line support, predominantly 3rd line support. As well as being involved in leading new client installations and upgrading existing clients, report writing, data and server migration and backups and auto updates. Role: .Predominantly working on Network Support Service .Deliver largely 3rd level (but also 1-3) line support .Logging issues, diagnosing problems and creating resolutions .Perform implementation projects including but not limited to server, PC, Firewall and backup builds, leading data migrations .Supporting implementations for additional products
