This exciting travel opportunity is ideal for a passionate travel professional who has sold and travelled to either Australia, New Zealand or Canada, seeking a varied job role, career progression, sociable working hours and generous commission.
Your career begins here, duties entail:
Creating and designing bespoke trips throughout Australia. New Zealand or Canada including various holiday types including honeymoons, adventure travel, multi-centre, escorted tours, tailor-made trips, family vacations and solo travel.
Communicating with clients via email, phone, and in meetings in the office in which leads are generated by the website, telephone calls, repeat bookings, and referrals.
Drawing on your own product knowledge and experiences to offer clients the best possible advice.
Participating in exciting educational FAM trips to increase product knowledge.
Offering a cutting edge customer service.
Liaising with the product team.
To be the cut above the rest:
Experience in arranging trips to either Australia. New Zealand or Canada from a luxury tour operator or travel agency.
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service skills, with an eye for detail
Passion for Australia, New Zealand or Canada! Please include a travel profile listing all the places you have been to within either region.
