This independent travel company specialising in an online booking tool are recruiting for and experienced Team Leader to support the 1st and 2nd line helpdesk team. Paying £30K based in Reading.
Team Leader, 1st and 2nd Line Support - Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-2-day running of both the 1st and 2nd line support team teams
- Co-ordinating leave and sickness records
- Monthly reporting of call statistics and incidents to the Head of System Support
- Keeping up to date with the Evolvi product and new features
- Carrying out reviews and appraisals for 1st and 2nd line support team members
Team Leader, 1st and 2nd Line Support - Skills Required:
- Previous Team Leader experience would be preferred, alternatively someone looking to take the next step up.
- Preferably should have a back ground in the corporate travel industry or within a call centre/help desk environment.
- Ideally knowledge booking UK rail using the Evolvi system
- Paying £30K
- Based in Reading
- Working Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.30
