A new opportunity has arisen for an operations manager to join our client based in the Walton area. The main duties of the position will be support and assist the general manager in certain projects and objectives. To co-ordinate and oversee the performance of the duty manager To oversee the day to day maintenance and cleaning within the centre To monitor performance of the staff through regular meetings and performance and development appraisals. To ensure the appropriate levels of trained staff are delivering standard of performance at all times To cover any other duties for other members of staff if necessary Respond quickly and efficiently to complaints from staff or customersMaintain a high proper presence at all time with the staff and customersPrepare reports and attend meetings as requested by the General Manager To be the suitable candidate you must : Have previous senior operations or operations management experienceUnderstanding and knowledge of the Health and Safety policy A proficient and proactive candidate who can be flexible if required to work evenings or weekends If you match the above criteria please apply immediately to avoid disappointment !!
