Responsible for ensuring that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining the company's reputation and ethos. You are required to work alongside the Branch Manager to inspire, motivate, and lead the restaurant to exceed sales and profit target. Assist the Branch manager to ensure all departments and team members comply with Health & Safety and food hygiene regulations at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities
Achieving and maximizing sales and profit targets set by the management team Ensuring that all competitors' initiatives/promotions are monitored and recommendations made to Branch Manager to ensure effective competition Adhering to money/banking procedures in line with company policy Front-of-house activities: Acting as role model in the delivery of the highest standard of guest service to ensure that no customer is ever left unsatisfied Managing staff and providing them with feedback Maintaining the highest possible standard when it comes to dealing with customer feedback Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards Meeting and greeting customers and organizing advanced orders Housekeeping activities: Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and healthy and safety Checking stock levels and ordering supplies through GRAB's centralized system Maintain food stocks to an optimum level, such that stock is neither excessive nor unavailable to customers. Preparing cash drawers and providing petty cash as required Helping in any other areas of the restaurant when circumstances dictate
