Tele Sales Executive working for specialist Travel Company. This role would suit a sales driven individual who isn't averse to making outgoing sales calls. We are looking for ambitious, hardworking individuals to generate leads and new business opportunities across all areas of the business. Previous travel industry experience would be an advantage but not essential!
JOB DESCRIPTION: My client is growing at pace and is seeking a dedicated telesales person to generate leads and new business opportunities. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding business for someone who is motivated and ambitious.
Tele Sales Executive Duties: - Proactively gain new accounts, repeat business and generate qualified leads for the sales team through outgoing calls - Provide potential and existing customers with the highest level of customer service - Work in a target driven environment and achieve conversion of appointments/leads to sales - Conduct a thorough fact find over the phone with the customer to establish their needs - Pro-actively make high volumes calls
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Confident speaker and have the ability to build a rapport with clients - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work with tight deadlines - Ability to work within a team - Excellent planning and organising skills - Customer focused - Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
PACKAGE: A competitive salary circa £17,000 PA plus OTE and great working .22 days holiday rising to 25 with service.
