A Ticketing Executive is required by a global leading luxury tour operator to work in a busy and vibrant flights, ticketing & fares team to complete all air & transportation requests within the designated time frame.  You will be working in a company who has a 1st class employee work culture that offers genuine opportunity for development and excellent workplace benefits.

The key responsibilities for Ticketing Executive – Amadeus are:

  • Meet & exceed all service related SLA’s
  • Administration of both Amadeus and the in-house reservation system
  • Completing scheduled changes within Amadeus and informing the customer
  • Check no-shows and cancellations
  • Supporting the Transport Manager with ADM’s, ACM’s and other BSP requirements
  • Completing passenger lists and seating requests as per the group’s needs

The key skills required for Ticketing Executive – Amadeus are:

  • Preferable to have VS/BA Level 1 & 2 – Fares and Ticketing Courses
  • Understanding of the airline industry, airline rules and regulations, airline partners
  • Experience in using Amadeus is essential including – ticketing, reissuing tickets, IT fares, Q administration
  • High computer literacy
  • Good level of spoken & written English
  • Be able to work independently & as part of team
