Ticketing & Operations Administrator - London - £20k

Our client is a specialist niche tour operator dealing with yachting and cruise holidays. They carry between 4000 and 5000 passengers per year worldwide.
A vacancy has arisen for an Administration and Operations person with experience in a ticketing and operations department.
The role involves ticketing/travel documentation, generating reports and resort manifests or rooming lists from the booking system, liaising with overseas suppliers and staff, providing travel manifests and arrivals lists. It is a seasonally loaded, busy and responsible role suiting somebody who is organised and methodical, able to assume responsibility for this area and work to deadlines.
They currently use Travel Studio/ Open Destination reservations/back office software.
Their airline ticketing does not require GDS experience as they use either charter flights, ticketed in-house or or standard e-tickets, however they will be changing to a new reservations system during 2015.

As well as offering a starting salary of £20k per annum, you will receive 20 days holiday pa and travel concessions (on in house products & destinations)
Typical office hours are 9 to 5:30 with some Saturday work required, usually on a rota basis.
