Service Application Consultant Tourplan
Do you find it easy and interesting to adapt to new software? We are looking for someone who ensures that our integrated software Tourplan provides all areas of our company with up-to-date, comprehensive and accurate data.
Role and Responsibilities:
Agent & Supplier Database: Creating new and update existing agent/supplier profiles as per users’ requirements.
Service Database: Creating new and updating existing services in the Tourplan Product Database
Inputting accurate data such as contract rates and hotel allotments within set timescales.
Inserting analysis codes to enable easy searching and accurate reporting from the database.
Assisting the Senior Database Coordinator in maintaining clean and accurate data to enable easy searching and filtering, accurate reporting and synchronisation with other applications.
Maintaining up-to-date general information available in Tourplan across the teams for internal and external use.
Service Helpdesk: Acting as the 1st line response for internal complaints and issues regarding Tourplan.
Providing Tourplan support to stakeholders received via our ticketing tool (Sysaid) in a timely manner.
Attention to detail, accuracy and consistency are essential.
Strong communication skills, including an excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.
Good time-management and organisational skills (i.e. prioritising).
Numeracy skills required.
